Subletting my newly renovated apartment by Josephsplatz (U2), for Nov-Dec.
I´m looking for a clean and responsible single person (preferably with a "green thumb" to care for the plants), for the month of November & December.
The apartment is perfectly located, 2 minutes walking distance from the subway station "Josephsplatz" (U2).
You will have access to half of the apartment ca. 38 m2 (personal belongings will be placed in a separate room for the time of the sublet).
The apartment is fully furnished. Internet and all bills included.
Please note, you will be sharing the apartment with me until November 13th - after that you will be alone until the end of the year.
Smokers, animals and children are not wanted.
