Ich arbeite aktuell in Berlin und vermiete meine Wohnung vollmöbliert ab sofort für ca. 6 Monate unter. Danach besteht Option auf Verlängerung.

Die Wohnung ist gerade untervermietet, sodass ich gerne zunächst einen Videocall mit dir führen würde bevor du die Wohnung besichtigst 😊

Die Untermieterin zieht zum 30.09. aus, sodass ich mir gerne eine Woche zur Abnahme und Generalreinigung der Wohnung nehmen möchte. Falls du dringende zum 01.10. einziehen musst müssen wir eine andere Lösung finden.

Die Wohnung liegt in Bestlage, direkt am TU Stammgelände in der Luisenstraße. Sie befindet sich im 5. OG mit Aufzug.
Sie ist insgesamt ca. 34qm groß, verfügt über ein 20 qm Zimmer mit einem ca. 5 qm Balkon mit Blick auf den Königsplatz.
Die Küche ist separat und grenzt wie das Bad an einen kleinen Flur.

Internet: Ich stelle einen Vodafone Gigacube in der Wohnung zur Verfügung (50GB high Speed pro Monat, danach verlangsamte Geschwindigkeit). Auf jeden Fall genug für 8h Zoom pro Tag 😋

Ich suche nach einer weiblichen Untermieterin, welche die Wohnung alleine bezieht.

I currently work in Berlin and want to sublet my apartment fully furnished, starting immediately for about 6 months. After that there is an option to extend your stay.

The apartment is sublet right now so I would like to have a video call with you first before you visit the apartment 😊

The subtenant moves out on the 30.09., so I would like to take a week for general cleaning of the apartment. If you have to move in urgently upon 01.10. we can find another solution.

The apartment is located in a prime location, across the street of the TU main campus in Luisenstraße. It is located on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator.
It is about 34 sqm in total, has a 20 sqm room with a 5 sqm balcony with view on the Königsplatz.
The kitchen is separate from the room and adjoins a small hallway, as does the bathroom.
No additional utilities costs.
There is no washing machine but a washing salon 250 meters from the apartment.

Internet: I provide a Vodafone Gigacube in the apartment (50GB high speed per month, reduced speed after that). Definitely enough for 8h zoom per day 😋

I am looking for a female subtenant who will move into the apartment alone.
