Ich suche für meine zentrale, möblierte Wohnung einen Untermieter ab sofort bis Ende Januar (30.01.2020).
Leider ist keine Küche vorhanden (Küchenanschlüsse sind vorhanden), aber in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Mensa und auch andere Essmöglichkeinen.
Im Keller finden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner, bei denen man für jeden Waschgang ein paar Euro bezahlen muss.
Optional können die Möbel (Bett inkl. Lattenrost & Matraze, Schrank, Tisch) für 280 € (Preis ist verhandelbar) übernommen werden.

I am looking for a subtenant for my furnished apartment from now until the end of January 2020 (January 30th, 2020).
Unfortunately, there is no kitchen in this apartment (though connections for electric stove and sink are available). But within walking distance, you cant eat at the canteen and other food places.
For a couple of Euros, there is a washer & dryer in the basement that you can use.
Optionally you can buy the furniture (bed incl. both mattress and slatted frame, wardrobe and desk). Asking price: 280 €
2 Minuten zur Tram-Haltestelle Karolinenplatz (alle 5 Minuten). Zum Hauptbahnhof dauert es nur 11 Minuten.
Zu Fuß ist ein Lidl einreichbar und zwei Haltestellen weiter gibt es ein Edeka Express, Rossmann und Sparkasse.

It is just a two-minute walk to the tram station Karolinenplatz (trams departing every 5 minutes). In just 11 minutes you can be at the central station.
Within walking distance there is a Lidl and just two stops away there is an Edeka Express, Rossmann as well as Sparkassen.
