Außerdem sind DM & Lidl 5 min weg sowie ein guter Italienischer Supermarkt.Die Ubahn Maillingerstr./Tramstation Marsstraße sind jeweils 7 Min entfernt. Mein persönliches Highlight ist der Bäcker - die besten Semmeln der Stadt. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles mit dabei - Spülmaschine, Schlafcouch, 140 m Bett, großer Pax & Garderobenschrank, sowie Kommode. Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine. I rent my very bright 30 sqm apartment on Elvirastraße for 1 year, possibly with an extension. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. Great restaurants like Aquarius and Anan are around the corner. In addition, DM & Lidl are 5 minutes away and a good Italian supermarket. The subway Maillingerstrasse / Tramstation Marsstrasse are 7 minutes away. My personal highlight is the bakery - the best rolls in the city. Everything is included in the apartment itself - dishwasher, sofa bed, 140 m bed, large pax & wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Bathroom with tub and washing machine. Heating costs, electricity and internet are also included in the additional costs. Write to me on Whatsapp if you are interested. Please provide financial security.
