Mein Appartment steht bis Ende März zur Untermiete frei. Der Hbf ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und weitere Ubahn Stationen sind direkt in der Nähe (U2 Königsplatz, U1 Stiglmaierplatz).
Die Wohnung ist 30 Quadratmeter groß und möbeliert. Da die Wohnung so zentral ist sind die Parkmöglichkeiten leider sehr schlecht falls du planst ein Auto mitzubringen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind natürlich auch direkt um die Ecke (Edeka, Penny, Aldi und Lidl).
Du solltest Nichtraucher sein und keine Haustiere in der Wohnung halten.
Am liebsten wäre mir jemand der die Wohnung für die komplette Zeit bis Ende März untermieten könnte.
