Hey, ich gehe für 4 Monate nach Schweden und vermiete demnach meine Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt unter. (Barer Straße Ecke Schelling) Die Wohnung hat 45qm, einen großen Balkon, ist voll Möbliert und mega ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen.
Die hat eine große Küche mit Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine im Bad und ist in sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Die Wohnung kostet 750€ kalt plus 100€ Nebenkosten plus 100€ Strom und Co. Demnach kommt man insgesamt auf 950€.
Die Wohnung kann nur über den gesamten Zeitraum gemietet werden und kann nicht wieder untervermietet werden.

Hi, I'm renting out my apartment for 4 months.
The flat is fully furnished, has a big balcony and a big kitchen. The kitchen is included in the living room. It has a dishwasher, as well as in the bathroom there is a washing machine.
The flat costs all costs included (also Internet and Electricity) 950€.
The flat is available from 1st of February to 31st of May. You have to rent the flat for the whole period and can not sublet it yourself.
