Hi,
ich möchte meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen Münchens (Univiertel) zwischen Mitte August und Ende November für 3,5 Monate untervermieten. Direkt in der Stadtmitte, Supermarkt gleich gegenüber, ÖPNV und Parks, Museen etc. alles fußläufig erreichbar. Absolute Toplage.
Zur Ausstattung gehören Bett, Sofa, Tisch, Stühle, Kleiderständer und Regal, Kommoden, Ofen. Alles an Küchenequipment auch vorhanden. Also wirklich alles da was man braucht. Fläche sind etwa 20qm. Küche getrennt vom Wohn/Schlafzimmer und ein getrenntes Bad.
Miete pauschal etwa 650€. Benutzung des Waschkellers kostet extra (ca. 4€/Wäsche).

Hi,
I would like to sublet my 1-room flat in the heart of Munich for 3,5 months between Mid-August and the end of November. Located in the city centre, supermarket directly opposite the flat, public transport and parks, museums etc. all within walking distance. Absolutely fantastic location.
Furnishings include bed, sofa, table, chairs, clothes rack and shelf, chests of drawers, stove. Also kitchen is fully equipped. So everything you need is there. It's about 20 sqm. Kitchen separate from living/bedroom and separate bathroom.
Rent is 650€ including additional costs. Use of the laundry room costs extra (about 4€/laundry).
