Hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt von Anfang April bis Ende September 2024 unter. Kann ggf. verlängert werden, weiß ich aktuell aber noch nicht genau. Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Türkenstraße im Herzen der Stadt. Öffis zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Zum Odeonsplatz sind es zu Fuß auch nur 15 Minuten.

Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller sowie einen Waschkeller (eine Wäsche kostet ca. 4€). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Klappsofa, Kommode, Regal und Kleiderstange. Die Küche hat zwei Kochnischen und ist auch mit Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Töpfen, Pfannen und allen anderen Dingen die man braucht ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer sind ebenfalls zwei Regale.

WLAN, Gas & Wasser sind in den Nebenkosten mit inbegriffen. Gesamtfläche etwa 20qm.

Hey there,

I am subletting my 1-room flat in Maxvorstadt from 1st of April until the end of September 2024. Possibly option to extend, not sure about that yet though. The location is great, right on Türkenstraße in the heart of the city. Public transport is a minute's walk away and there is a supermarket directly opposite the flat. Odeonsplatz is only 15 minutes away by foot.

There is a bicycle storage basement and a laundry room in the house (costs approx. 4€ per laundry). The flat is fully equipped with bed, mattress, desk and chair, sofa, chest of drawers, shelves and clothes rail. The kitchenette has two stoves and is also equipped with a toaster, kettle, blender, pots, pans and all the other things you need. There are also two shelves in the bathroom.

Wifi and heating are included in the service charges. Total room surface approximately 20sqm.
