I am leaving my adorable 1 room apartment to live with my boyfriend. The flat will be free from 1st of April. I am looking for someone that will take over my furniture for 300euros.
Apartment description:
the apartment is around 30 m2 and has huge windows and a balcony. The mini kitchen is separated with a door. There exist a very small corredor whit a cabinet for storage. The toilet has a bathtup and a mirror where you can storage stuff inside. There is in the basement a place for storage and also a room with washing machines (2.20€).
Ich verlasse meine entzückende 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, um mit meinem Freund zu leben. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. April frei. Ich suche jemanden, der meine Möbel für 300 Euro übernimmt.
Wohnungsbeschreibung:
Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 m2 groß und hat mehrere große Fenster und einen Balkon. Die Miniküche ist mit einer Tür abgetrennt. Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Flur mit einer Kabine zur Aufbewahrung. Die Toilette hat eine Badewanne und einen Spiegel, in dem Sie Sachen aufbewahren können. Im Keller befindet sich ein Abstellraum sowie ein Raum mit Waschmaschinen (2,20€).
The apartment is very well located. 2 min walking you can find tram stop of 16 or 17 and for 5 min walk you can reach S-Bahn in donnersbergerbrücke. If you walk 3 min you can reach Arnulfpark. Netto supermarket is just in front of the building and you can also find Lidl, DM and Rewe nearby.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle 16 oder 17 und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie die S-Bahn in Donnersbergerbrücke. Wenn Sie 3 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, erreichen Sie den Arnulfpark. Der Netto-Supermarkt befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude und in der Nähe finden Sie auch Lidl, DM und Rewe.
