Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine Wohnung für einen Einzug zum 1. Juli.
Die Wohnung ist 2009 komplett saniert worden. Der U-Bahnhof Am Hart ist in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer haben jeweils ca. 14qm, insgesamt ist die Wohnung 32,5 qm groß.
Die Heizung besteht aus Keramikheizplatten in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer. Im Moment zahle ich 46,- EUR an Stromkosten, lebe jedoch sehr sparsam. Daher ist ein Preis von ca. 80,- EUR eher realistisch. Dennoch ist der Mietpreis für die Wohnung extrem günstig.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir bitte eine Nachricht und ich melde mich bezüglich eines Besichtigungstermins.
Wenn Ihr dann Interesse an der Mietung habt, würde ich Eure Details weitergeben an die GBW Gruppe, die diese Wohnung vermietet.
Bei Interesse würde ich eventuell auch meine Küche (inklusive Backofen, Spüle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach) zu einem Ablösepreis von 1.000,- EUR hinterlassen.
