Die Lage ist besonders für Studenten der TU Innenstadt als optimal zu bezeichnen. Vom Zimmer bis zur Ubahn sind es weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit der Ubahn ist man in gut 10 Minuten ab Hauptbahnhof bzw. Noch schneller an der TU.
