Da ich mein Einzelappartement kurzfristig für erst mal 6 Monate untermieten möchte, schreibe ich hier dieses Inserat. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit die Wohnung nach 6 Monate zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung ist fast 20qm und hat alles was man braucht: 1 Einzelbett+ 2 große Matratzen, Schreibtisch, ein aufklappbarer Tisch, Stuhl, Regale, Küche, Kühlschrank etc. Waschmaschine und Trockner können mitbenutzt werden.
Miete ist 600€ ohne jegliche extra Kosten.
Wenn Interesse besteht, einfach melden: am besten anrufen und einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
Die Lage is perfekt besonders für BMW mitarbeiter.

it has a small built-in kitchen, WC, bathroom, writing desk, folding table, bed+ matress, shelves etc. You simply dont need to bring anything with you. Washing machine and dryer are shared.
The rent is 600€ with no extra cost.
