Gegen Langeweile ist gesorgt, denn im Wohnheim gibt es einen Tischkicker, einen Billardtisch und eine hauseigene Bar. Außerdem finden des öfteren Filmabende statt.
Im Sommer treffen sich die Studenten oft auf der Dachterrasse zum gemeinsamen Grillen.

Das Studentenwohnheim Marchionini in München Lerchenauer Straße 41 befindet sich am Olympiapark.
Bis zur U-Bahn- und und S-Bahn-Haltestelle Petuelring oder U-Bahn-Haltestelle Olympiapark sind es nur 5 Gehminuten und zum ZHS Gelände (Zentrales Hochschulsport Gelände) 15 Gehminuten. Bis zur Tram 27 sind auch nur 5 Gehminuten.
Nicht weit vom Studentenhaus entfernt gibt es einen Einkaufsmarkt (Penny , Rewe...)

The dorm Marchionini in Munich Lerchenauerstraße 41 is located at the Olympic Park.
Until the metro and and S-Bahn stop Petuelring or metro station Olympic Park is just 5 minutes walk and the terrain ZHS (Central University Sports Centre) 15 minutes. Until the Tram 27 are also just 5 minutes.
Not far from the student house there is a supermarket (Penny, Rewe ...)
Der Mieter soll am besten an der LUM oder TUM Immatrikuliert sein (Student, Praktikant, Doktorand, Erasmus-Student ...)
SIe koennen mich gerne jederzeit kontaktieren.
