Ich vermiete mein Apartment im Studentenwohnheim Uniapart in Milbertshofen unter. Sie kann nur an Personen "in einem Ausbildungsverhältnis" vergeben werden, also Studenten, Praktikanten, Doktoranden, Trainees.. Seht deswegen bitte von einer Anfrage ab, falls das nicht auf euch zutrifft.
Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes Bad und eine Küchenzeile. Es gibt einen Wohn- und einen Schlafbereich, die durch eine Wand geteilt sind.
Im Wohnheim gibt es Fahrradkeller, Waschkeller mit Platz für Wäscheständer, einen Fitnessraum und einen Partykeller. Ihr könnt alles kostenlos benutzen.
Milbertshofen ist nicht das schönste Viertel Münchens, hat aber eine gute Infrastruktur und Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Außerdem ist BMW Zentrale und FIZ sehr nah, weshalb sich die Wohnung gut für Praktikanten dort annbietet. Ich fahre bspw. immer mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni, das dauert 20 Minuten. Die U-Bahn fährt knapp 10 Minuten und ist so 6 Minuten Fußweg vom Wohnheim entfernt.
