Der Küchenbereich verfügt über mehrere Schränke, einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einen Elektroherd.
Die Balkonbreite ist die gleiche wie die des Zimmers mit genügend Platz, um sich im Sommer mit Freunden zu entspannen, inklusive zweier Stühle. Es gibt einen Spielbereich und einen Garten direkt hinter dem Gebäude (auf der Balkonseite), so dass das ganze Jahr über viel Sonnenlicht und Wind vorhanden sind.
Zu dem Zimmer gehört auch eine Abstellzelle mit Schloss im Keller. Es gibt ein sehr praktisches gemeinsames Fitnessstudio (mit Laufband, Sauna usw.), eine große gemeinsame Küche, um Freunde einzuladen, und ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit einem Fernseher für Partys. Ebenfalls im Untergeschoss befinden sich die Waschküche, Fahrradkeller und der Müllraum.

The kitchen area has several storage cabinets, a refrigerator, microwave oven and electric stove.
The balcony width is the same as the room with enough space to relax with friends in summer with two chairs included. There is a play area and and garden directly behind the building (on the balcony side) so plenty of sunlight and wind through the year.
The room also comes with a storage cell with a lock in the basement. There is a very convenient common gym (with treadmill, sauna, etc.), a large common kitchen to invite friends over and a large common living room with a tv for parties. The laundry room, bicycle storage areas and garbage room are also in the basement.
[DE] Die Lage ist ideal für Nutzer öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Etwa 6 verschiedene Buslinien verkehren durch das Gebiet und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station Frankfurter Ring ist 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt mindestens 3 Banken zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie Penny, Lidl, Aldi, türkisches Geschäft, chinesisches Geschäft, Ärzte, KVR-Büro alle zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Zeit, in der ich hier lebe, musste ich für nichts mehr als 15 Minuten fahren. Das OEZ ist 10 Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt.

[EN] The location is ideal for those using public transport. Around 6 different bus lines pass through the area and the nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk. The nearest U-bahn station is Frankfurter Ring, which is a 7-minute walk.
There are at least 3 banks within walking distance, as well as Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Turkish store, Chinese store, doctors, KVR office all within walking distance. During the time that I have lived here, I have not had to travel more than 15 minutes for anything at all. OEZ is 10 minutes and Hauptbahnhof is 15 minutes by U-Bahn.

Wenn vereinbart, können Sie diese Kosten für Juli während der Eingewöhnung an mich bezahlen. Danach müssen Sie natürlich einen Strom- und Internetvertrag auf Ihren eigenen Namen abschließen.
Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass ich nicht viel Deutsch spreche, aber die Vermieter tun es. Wenn Sie also weitere Informationen auf Deutsch benötigen, kann ich Sie mit den Vermietern in Kontakt bringen.

[EN] THE APARTMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS. YOU WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR SEMESTER DOCUMENTS TO PROVE YOU ARE ENROLLED AT A UNIVERSITY.
The room is available starting July 9th 2020 (with an unlimited contract). Please send me a message to propose an alternate move-in date. The rent does not include electricity and internet. If agreed, you can pay those costs to me for this month while you settle in. After which, of course, you will have to get an electricity and internet contract in your own name.
Also please note I don't speak much German but the landlords do. So If you require more information in German, I can get you in touch with the landlords.
