Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants finden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Die U2-U-Bahnstation Milbertshofen befindet sich ca. fünf Gehminuten entfernt, die U3-Station Petuelring ist in ca. zehn Gehminuten erreicht. Damit gibt es eine optimale Anbindung an den ÖPNV und TUM und LMU lassen sich Tür-zu-Tür in 10-15 Minuten erreichen.
The Uni Apart student apartment house Munich Zwillingstraße is peacefully located in the beautiful Milbertshofen centered between Mittlerer Ring and Frankfurter Ring. Many shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The U2 subway station Milbertshofen is about a five-minute walk away, the U3 station Petuelring is about a ten-minute walk away. Thus, there is an optimal connection to public transport and TUM and LMU can be reached door-to-door in 10-15 minutes.
Der Hausmeister wie auch alle Reinigungskräfte und Verwaltungsangestellte sind alle sehr schnell erreichbar und wohnen teilweise im Haus. Stellplätze (oberirdisch, abschließbare Duplex-Stellplätze sowie abschließbare Garagen) können angemietet werden, sind aber auch auf der Straße verfügbar.

The janitor as well as all cleaners and administrative staff are all very quickly accessible and partly live in the house. Parking spaces (above ground, lockable duplex parking spaces as well as lockable garages) can be rented, but are also available on the street.
