The attractive furnished 1 room apartment is located on the first floor and can be occupied on 01.12.2021. The last modernization took place only recently, in 2020. From the spacious hallway (with large wardrobe) you can directly access the bathroom / WC with tub or the separate kitchen with fitted kitchen. Another door leads into the large bright living-bedroom with bed/sofa (as in the photo), window on the side and full window front to the spacious loggia. With a planting trough on the railing of the loggia, which extends over the full width of the apartment.

There is also an (extra) parking space for your car (underground parking: NO duplex).

Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for couples.
