Ich vermiete meine möblierte Wohnung im Olympiapark unter.
Die Wohnung ist doppelstöckig, möbliert (Bett 100x200, Couch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stühle, Küchenutensilien), verfügt über ein kleines Bad und eine Kochnische (mit Abzug), sowie einen Balkon (West). Das untere Geschoss hat einen Estrichboden, das obere Teppich.
Für eine Person ist das zimmer perfekt. Bei der Größe ist eine grobe Grundfläche von ca. 3m auf 4m.
Lage
im Olympischen Dorf, direkt neben der BMW-Welt, der BMW Zentrale und dem Olympiastadion. Die U-Bahnstation ist ca. 5-10 Gehminuten von der Haustür entfernt ("Olympiazentrum", U3). Man wohnt quasi direkt im Olympiapark und für Studenten ist bspw. die ZHS auch nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt eine vom Olydorf verwaltete Disko, eine Kneipe (Bierstube) und eine Lounge.
