Wir sind von der Studentenorganisation AIESEC und haben in der Wohnanlage Moosacherstr. mehrere Einzelapartments für unsere Praktikanten. Da wir momentan nicht genug Praktikanten haben, vermieten wir unsere Apartments für einen begrenzten Zeitraum unter (erstmal 2 Monate, kann aber evtl. noch verlängert werden). Es handelt sich um ein Einzelapartment ausgestattet mit allen wichtigen Sachen (Küchensachen, Bettzeug, Putzsachen, etc.). Alle Nebenkosten sind in den 600 Euro inklusive.
Das Haus hat auf fünf Stockwerken Einzelapartments. Vor dem Haus ist die Buslinie 50. Zur Ubahn U3 Oberwiesenfeld sind es zu Fuß ca. 4 Minuten, zur U3 Olympiazentrum ca. 6 Minuten. Mit der Ubahn ist man in ca. 14 Minuten am Marienplatz.
Der Olympiapark ist direkt nebenan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe (Penny, Netto, Norma, Aldi, DM, Tengelmann, Bäcker etc).
