Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Olympiapark, an der U3, Oberwiesenfeld, somit ist man in 10min in der Stadt. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Neubau (2019) Sie ist voll möbliert und auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Unten befinden sich große Gemeinschaftsräume, ein Fitnessraum der ebenfalls kostenlos mitbenutzt werden darf, sowie eine große Gemeinschaftsküche. Optional wäre es möglich für 80€ einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz anzumieten, jedoch findet man in wenigen Gehminuten gute Parkmöglichkeiten. In nur 2min ist man am Olympiaeinkaufszentrum, dort befindet sich ebenfalls Edeka & Aldi.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung für mindestens 1 Monat unter (da ich im Ausland bin), jedoch gerne auch länger.

The apartment is right in front of the Olympiapark, at the Metro Station U3 Oberwiesenfeld. Within 10min you‘re at the city center. Since I‘ll be travelingr, I‘m renting my apartment for at least one month, if needed also longer.
