• The flat has a bedroom and living room. The kitchen is separate. There is a small workroom as well
• On the 6th floor with a nice view. There is an elevator in the building.
• Facing southward, the apartment receives sunlight throughout the entire day during the winter season.
• Washing machine in the bathroom - oven, and stove - Dishwasher - Microwave - PS5 ;) - Monitor in case you need to work - hamak to have a nap.
Neighbourhood:
• Hadernerstern ubahn (u6) is within 5 mins by walk.
• There is an Aldi 3 minutes away walking.
• Our neighbors value the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the neighborhood, therefore, the apartment is not suitable for parties or loud activities.
Ideal Renter Profile:
• Must possess liability insurance.
• Willingness to water plants (<10) once a week – reminders will be provided if needed.
