Appartment sharing / Ganze Wohnung in Freimann

Hallo an alle, freut mich euch kennenzulernen. Ich mach jetzt mal auf Englisch weiter, damit mich auch alle verstehen können 😊

We rent out an 42sqm appartment in Freimann. The sleeping room is large and bright with laminate flooring and equipped with a bed/open closet and shelf. If needed, a desk can also be provided. The apartment was recently completely renovated, painted and refurnished by us. All furniture and fixtures are completely new (see photos) and of course from IKEA 😊. The apartment also has a very nice eat-in kitchen.

We also have a very large storage compartment in the basement of the building if you need to store your stuff or your bicycle.

My wife Niusha and I live and reside in Innsbruck, Austria most of the time, as my wife works there and our main residence is also there. But since I started a new job in Munich last year, I am usually in Munich from Monday evening to Thursday morning. Therefore, you would share the apartment with me about 2 to 3 working days a week. Normally probably even less, as I am often on the road for work as well. I have my own separate room in the appartment so it would be a WG for 2 to 3 days a week. From Thursday morning to Monday morning I am always in Innsbruck. Therefore you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time and on all the weekends.

I am 34, I work as a engineer and before I landed in Munich, I traveled a lot in the world because of my job. I spent some time in France, USA, UK and Thailand. Besides my work, I am a passionate musician and snowboarder, so you shouldn't have anything against guitar music and singing 😊

Generally, I am looking for someone who fits well with us, it would be great if you are also interested in music and you should possibly also bring some international experience. We have put a lot of effort in renovating and decorating the apartment so it is important that you have the same high need for cleanliness as we have 😊
