A room in a student dormitory is available for any gender. If you are a student preferably studying in Munich or very close by. I am giving out my apartment, because I have to make a 3month trip.
You have to share bathroom (Two showers and Three toilets for guys and same for ladies). You also have a shared kitchen. A wash machine is available at 1.5Euros per wash. A clothe drier is also available at same prize, but I would save that cost and use the drying room that is heated up for free.
Please be informed that the contract cannot exceed July 31st, as everyone in the apartment would vacate the building for renovation work by July ending.
Located 10mins from Munchen Freiheit or Bonner Platz.
well centered location with lots of supermarkets around.
Applications would be sent to the caretaker of the apartment.
I am only recruiting for him, so final selection would be done by him; as this apartment is highly subsidized by a Christian organization.
