Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Garderobe, Schreibtisch, Couch, Couchtisch, Bett, Schrank, Stehregal (als Raumtrenner), TV, Waschmaschine, komplett ausgestatteter Küche (Kühlschrank, Ofen, Geschirr etc) und deswegen bezugsfertig.
Telefon/Internet müsste neu organisiert werden da der jetzige Anbieter leider sehr schlecht ist.
Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerabteil.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig (zum Innenhof hinaus) im 3. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses (mit Aufzug) in Neuhausen (Elvirastrasse).
Sämtliche Nahverkehrsmittel (Ubahn, Tram, Bus, Nachtlinien) sind fußläufig innerhalb fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Getränkemarkt, Drogerie, Apotheke, Metzgerei, Bäckerei) liegen ebenfalls in der direkten Umgebung, genauso wie einige Bars und Restaurants.

The apartment is located in a central, quiet area (Neuhausen, Elvirastrasse).
Public transportation (subway, tram, bus) is within walking distance (5 minutes), as well as supermarkets, pharmacies,a bakery, and a couple of bars and restaurants.
Gesucht wird ein zuverlässiger und vertrauensvoller Zwischenmieter für den Zeitraum von einem Jahr,während ich im Ausland bin (nicht kürzer).
Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache natürlich möglich (bitte per Nachricht für genaue Terminabsprache)...unter der Woche Abends oder am Wochenende.
