I'm renting my 1 bedroom appartment from August 15th through September 24th. It's comfy, beautiful, and has everything you need! ( a bed, a desk, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom,...) It's perfect for someone who just got to Munich and is looking for something long-term. On top of that, it's located in a great neighborhood. Olympiapark is 5 minutes away, Schloss Nymphenburg is 10 minutes away. It will take you around 10 minutes to get to the main station or the city center, and there's a tram every 5 minutes. Around here there are a couple supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and a farmacy. You can also use my bike during that time!
The price for the 5 weeks is 690€.

Ich Vermiete vom 15. August bis zum 24. September meine 1 Zimmerwohnung am Olympiapark. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Esstisch, einem Schreibtisch und hat sonst auch alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt auch ein eigenes Bad. Dazu gibt es im Keller noch Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Man ist in 5 minuten am Olympiapark und in 10 in Nymphenburg am Schlosskanal. Bis zum HBF oder Stachus sind es mit der Tram 20/21 (die jede 5 minuten kommt) 10 minuten. Und zu den Universitäten um die 15 minuten.
Dazu gibt es in der Gegend noch ein Netto, ein Tengelmann, ein Paar Bäckereien, Restaurants und eine Apotheke. Alles was man braucht ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ihr könnt während dieser Zeit auch gerne mein Fahrrad benutzen.
Da es nur 5 Wochen sind, ist es perfekt als Überbrückung für jemanden der was Langfristiges sucht! Auf Anfrage kann ich euch auch gerne Fotos schicken!
Der Preis für die 5 Wochen ist 690 €.
Ich würde mich freuen eine zuverlässige Person zu finden, die meine Sachen für diesen Monat übernimmt. Falls ihr interessiert seid, schreibt mir bitte ein bisschen über euch selbst und was ihr so in München macht.
