Ich vermiete meine möblierte Wohnung von 01. Februar 2023 bis ca. 01. Mai 2023 (evtl länger)
40m2 Gemütlichkeit, eine separate Küche mit Fenster, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Supermarkt im Haus!!, 17er / 16er Tram vor der Tür zu Fuss in 2 Minuten, zur Sbahn (Hackerbruecke oder Donnersbergerbruecke) oder U-Bahn zu Fuss in 10Min, Garagenstellplatz (Duplex), Fahrrad zur freien Benutzung, Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Gebühr sind im Haus.
Die Fenster der Wohnung sind zur ruhigen Weiglstrasse ausgerichtet, einer Seitenstrasse der Arnulfstrasse.
Tolle Cafes und Restaurants sind bereits fusslaeufig zu erreichen, im Stadtzentrum ist man mit der Tram in 5 min!
Gerne können wir eine Wohnungstour vereinbaren, da die Fotos nicht komplett aktuell sind.
Ich befinde mich ab Februar arbeitsbedingt in Stuttgart und weiss noch nicht wann ich zurueckkomme, daher vermiete ich mein kleines Nest gerne an euch weiter. Wahrscheinlich bis 01. Mai 2023.
Ihr koennt mich jederzeit unter angegebener Handynummer auf Whatsapp,oder per Email erreichen. Die Vermietung und alles drumherum wird, nach Vertragsabschluss mit mir persönlich gemanaged, dadurch, dass ich jede Woche in München sein werde für ein paar Meetings, bin ich auch persönlich für euch erreichbar, falls nötig.
Seid schlau und schnappt euch die Wohnung, bevor es ein anderer tut!

I rent my furnished apartment from February 1st, 2023 to about May 1st, 2023 (possibly longer)
40m2 of cosiness, a separate kitchen with a window, a bathroom with a bathtub, supermarket in the building!, 17/16 trams in front of the door, a 10-minute walk to the Sbahn (Hackerbruecke or Donnersbergerbruecke) or the subway, a 10-minute walk, garage parking space (Duplex),washing machine and dryer for a fee are in the house.
The windows of the apartment face the quiet Weiglstrasse, a side street off Arnulfstrasse.
Great cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, the city center is a 5-minute tram ride away!

I'll be in Stuttgart from February for work and I don't know when I'll be back, so I'm happy to rent my little nest to you. Probably until May 01, 2023.
