Ein schönes voll möbliertes Studio-Apartment ist für einen kurzen Zeitraum zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Sie verfügt über ein großes Bett mit einer bequemen Couch, einen großen Kleiderschrank und einen Tisch mit Stuhl. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine separate Küche, die bei Ihrem Einzug neu installiert wurde. Eine Waschmaschine ist im Flur der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Stadtzentrum (10 Minuten vom Karlsplatz entfernt) und es gibt viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Busse und Straßenbahnen sind in 3 Minuten von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen. Lebensmittelläden Penny und einige andere Bäckereien sind in der Nähe der Wohnung.
Ich bin Untervermietung der Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 16. März bis 25. April. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und wird auch so vermietet. Sie ist für eine Person geeignet. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller (Münzbetrieb). Weitere Annehmlichkeiten sind TV, Monitor, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einige andere Dinge.
Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich.

Hi there,
A beautiful fully furnished studio apartment is available for the short term. The apartment is centrally located yet in a quiet location. It also includes a large bed with a comfortable couch, a large wardrobe and a table with a chair. The apartment has a separate kitchen that was newly installed when you moved in. A washing machine is available in the hallway of the apartment.
The apartment is very close to the city center (10 mins away from Karlsplatz) and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Buses and trams are reachable 3 mins from the apartment. Grocery stores Penny and few other bakery shops are close to the apartment.
I am subletting the apartment for the period from March 16th until 25th of April. The apartment is furnished and is rented that way. It is suitable for one person. Washing machine and dryer in the basement (coin operated). Other amenities include TV, Monitor, Microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a few other miscellaneous items.
Visits are possible by arrangement.
