Es handelt sich hier um eine Maisonette Wohnung die ein separates Apartment im Dachgeschoss hat.
Ich suche eine Person auf maximal 1 Jahr die gerne hier einziehen würde. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig aus diesem Grund können keine Parties gefeiert werden. Aus diesem Grund wird auch nur 1 Person gesucht die ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral jedoch ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Tram 21 und 20 sind in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und in 10 Minuten erricht man den Hauptbahnhof.
Ein Edeka Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Olympiapark befindet sich vor der Haustüre für Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten.
Inkludiert in den Kosten sind GEZ Internet. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine, da kein Anschluss da ist. Natürlich mit KVR Anmeldung.
This is a duplex apartment with a separate apartment on the top floor.
I am looking for a person for a maximum of 1 year who would like to move in here. The apartment is very noisy, so no parties can be celebrated. For this reason, only 1 person is sought who is quiet.
The apartment is very central but it is still very quiet. Trams 21 and 20 can be reached in 3 minutes and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes.
An Edeka supermarket is also nearby. The Olympic Park is on the doorstep for leisure opportunities and activities.
GEZ Internet is included in the costs. Unfortunately there is no washing machine because there is no connection and with KVR registration.
