Hallo,

ich bin auf der Suche nach einer 2 -2,5 Zimmer Wohnung in den Vierteln Maxvorstadt, Schwabing, Ludwigvorstadt. Die Wohnung sollte Balkon und wenn möglich einen TG Stellplatz haben. Max Warmmiete: 1200€.
Im Gegensatz dazu würde ich meine Wohnung eintauschen:
1,5 Zimmer - 36qm; Nähe Rotkreuzplatz und zum ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. Und das alles für 480€ warm (Strom natürlich extra)
