Sie ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, drei keinen Regalen, einem Kleiderschrank und mit einer Kochzeile und kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das große Fenster ist vierfachverglast, sodass es kaum Energiebedarf gibt und gleichzeitig die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet ist. Das Bad ist eine Nasszelle, mit eingebautem Regal und Dusche. Du brauchst eine aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung an einer Münchner Hochschule, um hier einziehen zu können.
The condo is situated on the first floor (European system, not ground floor!) and facing East in a building of the student dorm complex Chiemgaustraße completed in 2022. it is fully furnished with a bed, desk, three small shelves, a wardrobe and a cooking niche with fridge. The large window has quadruple glazing, meaning that there is a low energy usage and the flat is flooded with light. The bathroom is a wet room with inbuilt shelf and shower. You need a current enrolment certificate of a Munich university or polytechnic to be able to move in here.

Das Gebäude steht in der Traunsteiner Straße zwischen dem Weißenseepark und der Kreuzung mit der Chiemgaustraße. Busse (Traunsteiner Straße) sind in zwei Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und die U1 (St.-Quirin-Platz) und U2 (Untersbergstraße), sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, sowie sie S-Bahn in Giesing in 15 Minuten. Zu St.-Quirin-Platz und Giesing Bahnhof gibt es schnelle Busverbindungen im 10 Minutentakt von der Haltestelle Traunsteiner Straße. Der Studierendenwohnheimkomplex in Giesing zeichnet sich aus durch seine Internationalität. Man kann Menschen aus der ganzen Welt niederschwellig in der Wohnheimsbar oder bei Events, die vom Heimat organisiert werden, treffen.
The building is situated in Traunsteiner Straße half way between Weißenseepark and the crossing with Chiemgaustraße. Buses (Traunsteiner Straße) can be reached with a 2 minute walk, underground trains (U1 St-Quirin-Platz and U2 Untersbergstraße) by a 10 minute walk. S-Bahn in Giesing can be reached by a 15 minute walk. Giesing and St.-Quirin-Platz can also be reached by a fast bus from Traunsteiner Straße every driving 10 minutes. The student dorm complex Chiemgaustraße hosts a vibrant international community. You can connect with fellow students from around the world in the bar or at events organized by the dorm council.
