Ich vermiete vom 16 März - 07 April meine Einzimmerwohnung in München. Die Wohnung ist eine Einzimmerwohnung in Giesing, in einem Neubau nahe der Münchener Innenstadt. Es befindet sich im ersten Stock.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, wie Bett, Sofa, Kühlschrank, Küchenzeile, Bad und WC, Schreibtisch, Stühle, Schränke und Regale. Ess- und Küchenausstattung sowie eine Mikrowelle und eine Espressomaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine Waschküche im Gebäude. Die Waschmaschine kostet 50 Cent pro Waschgang, der Trockner 30 Cent pro Zyklus. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradparkplatz im Gebäude, aber keinen offiziellen Parkplatz für Autos.

Die Miete ist mit 370 Euro für einen Zeitraum von drei Wochen angemessen.

I am renting out my studio flat in Munich from the 16th of March to 7th of April. The apartment is a studio flat in Giesing, in a new building near the center of Munich. It is on the ground floor.

The flat is furnished with everything necessary, such as a bed, sofa, refrigerator, kitchen island, bathroom and toilet, desk, chairs, cabinets, and shelves. Dining and kitchen equipment are also available, as well as a microwave and an espresso machine. There is also a laundry room in the building. The washing machine costs 50 cents per wash, and the dryer costs 30 cents per cycle. There is a bicycle parking lot in the building as well, but no official parking lot for cars.

The rent is at 370 Euros for a period of three weeks.
