Das Apartment hat eine separate Küche mit Fenster. Die Küche ist mit einer Spüle, Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung kann möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch mit Stühlen, Sofa, Fernsehtisch) oder auch unmöbliert gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist im 2 Stock ohne Aufzug.

Es sind nur ca. 3-4 Gehminuten zu der Bushaltestelle Woferlstrasse, an der unter anderem die Linie 55 hält.
In ca. 4 Fahrminuten erreicht man mit dem Bus die Ubahn Halteatelle Karl-Preis-Platz (U2) und in ca. 8 Fahrminuten den Ostbahnhof.
