Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig und es gibt alles was man braucht. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind zusammen und es gibt noch einen Flug und separates Bad. Ein Fernseher mit Mediasystem bleibt auch drin. Es gibt viel Stauraum und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Die Ablöse ist für die Waschmaschine und Geschirr, Töpfe, Toaster, Minigrill etc. Ich werde früher als geplant München verlassen und die hauptmieterin kommt im April wieder. Die Sache habe ich nigelnagel neu gekauft und kann sie jetzt nicht mitnehmen, daher die Ablöse.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top. Vor der Tür fährt die Tram und auch ein Bus. Bahnhof Giesing (Sbahn und ubahn) ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert übergeben. Ich ziehe am 21.12 aus, daher kann auch schon an dem Datum eingezogen werden. Miete wird dann anteilig berechnet. Ein späterer Einzug ist natürlich auch möglich.
