Die Wohnung ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, so dass Sie abends viel Sonnenlicht haben. In den Sommermonaten können Sie den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus beobachten.
Es gibt einen Keller, der zur Wohnung gehört.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Waschraum.
Die meisten Möbel gehören zur Wohnung, ausser dem Fernseher, den ich mitnehmen würde.

I am moving out of my 1 room apartment at the end of the month and is available for rent from 1st Nov.
The apartment is 44m² in size with a balcony. The apartment fully furnished with everything you need.
The apartment faces west so you have a lot of sunlight in the evening. During the summers you can watch the sunset from the balcony.
There's a cellar included with the apartment.
The building has a washing room.
Most of the furniture belongs to the flat except the tv which I would take with me.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofs Wettersteinplatz, von wo aus der Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 15 Minuten erreicht werden kann.
Die Straßenbahnlinien 15 und 25 sind ebenfalls in 1 Minute von der Wohnung aus erreichbar.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein Rewe. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es eine Menge netter Restaurants, von denen einige auch recht spät öffnen.
Es gibt einen kleinen Park, der 5 Minuten zu Fuß vor der Wohnung liegt.
Die Isar ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

The apartment is located near the Ubahn station Wettersteinplatz from where Hauptbahnhof can be reached in fewer than 15 mins.
Tram 15 and 25 are also available 1 min away from the apartment.
All the shops of daily needs are within walking distance. There's a Rewe in front of the apartment. There are a lot of nice restaurants around the apartment, some of which also open quite late.
There's a small park located 5 mins walking in front of the apartment.
Isar can be reached with a 15 mins walk or 7 mins bike ride.
