2010 wurden die legendären Bungalows der Olympischen Spiele 1972 zerstört und an ihrer Stelle eine neue Version gebaut. Studenten der Münchner Universitäten wohnen jetzt in den Bungalows.

Jedes ist eine kleine 22 Quadratmeter große Einheit, die für die Funktionalität einer 40 Quadratmeter großen Wohnung ausgelegt ist. Mit dem eigenen Eingang und einem Balkon ist es ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, in einem davon zu leben. Das Erdgeschoss ist ein multifunktionaler Wohn- / Arbeitsbereich mit einem Schreibtisch, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer, während der 1. Stock ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer und einen Balkon hat. Jeder Quadratmeter wurde gut genutzt. Die Möbel verwandeln sich auf intelligente Weise, sodass Platz gespart werden kann.

In der Nähe gibt es einen gemeinsamen Waschraum und einen Fahrradkeller neben dem Bungalow.

Each is a small 22 square meter unit designed for the functionality of a 40 square meter apartment. With your own entrance and balcony, living in one of them is a unique experience. The ground floor is a multifunctional living / working area with a desk, a kitchen and a bathroom, while the 1st floor has a spacious bedroom and a balcony. Every square meter was used well. The furniture transforms in a smart way so that space can be saved.

There is a shared laundry room nearby and a bicycle storage room next to the bungalow.
The Olympiazentrum underground station offers direct access to the U3 and U8. In addition, U2 is very well synchronized with U3 so it's easy to get to too.

Due to the distance of 100 m from the Olympic Park, life here feels like being in a park. From the balcony you can see a huge Olympic tower, whose proximity always invites you to a short run / walk in the Olympic Park.
