I am renting my nice apartment near Olympizentrum from 10.08 to 27.09. The rent for the entire period is 700 euros [450 (one month) + 250 ] for almost month and a half. The caution is 300 euros. It is a pretty convinient apartment, well located, fully furnished and with an incredible view of the city.
I am looking for a responsible person who can keep the apartment in good conditions. If you are interested, send me an e-mail describing yourself, what you are doing in Munich and why you are a good candidate.

3 minutes wlaking from Olympiazentrum, it takes more time to take the elevator than to walk from the main door to the u-bahn station.
You can reach Olympia-Einkaufzentrum in 4 min by U-bahn.
Garching-Forschungzentrum in 33 minutes (there is a quick conexion between U3 and U6, less than 1 minute but still works)
TUM-Main Campus in 10 min U3-U2
