Die 37² Wohnung befindet sich im 6ten Stock im Dachgeschoss (Mit Fahrstuhl).
Sie ist grundsätzlich unmöbliert, verfügt aber über eine alte Einbauküche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler) und einige feste Einbauschränke. Im Keller kann eine Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Kleingeld genutzt werden.
Alle Fenster zeigen Richtung Osten und man hat eine gute Aussicht über München.
Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort Verfügbar bis Ende Dezember.
Wie Wohnung liegt zwischen Pasing und Laim (nahe Westbad). Die nächste Tram Haltestelle (Tram 19) ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Parkplatz sollte man innerhalb von max. 5 Gehminuten finden.
Alle Zimmer zeigen Richtung Innenhof. Daher ist es sehr ruhig.
Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, Penny und Tengelman sind zufuß erreichbar.
Es handelt sich um meine alte Mietwohnung wo mein Mietvertrag noch bis Ende Dezember läuft. Daher biete ich diese Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende Dezember an.
