suche einen Nachmieter zum 01.03.2011 (wenns unbedingt sein muss. auch 01.04.) für eine 1-Raum-Wohnung in Neuperlach. U-Bahn Quiddestraße in zehn Minuten Fußweg (oder auch zwei Haltestellen mit dem Bus vorm Haus) erreichbar. Umweit vom PEP. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40 qm, Balkon und Küchenzeile. Sie liegt im 10. OG (aufzug vorhanden). Die Kaltmiete beträgt 415 €. Die Nebenkosten betragen 145 €. Ich habe aber immer 300 bis 400 € wieder rausbekommen.
