Ich vermiete für zwei Wochen meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Sie besteht aus einer kleinen Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einem 16m² großen Schlaf/Wohn/Arbeitsraum. (seht selbst auf den Bildern). Das Zimmer hat ein riesiges Fenster zum Leopoldpark hinaus, sodass es sehr grün ist. Das Bett ist 1,40m breit, sodass darin locker Platz für 2 Personen ist. Es steht auch eine Couch im Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Stadtteil Schwabing.
In 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt, In 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Giselastraße.
Die Miete beträgt 400,- € all inclusive.
Als Absicherung für meine privaten Sachen nehme ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 200,-€, die ihr dann aber selbstverständlich zurück bekommt, wenn alles in Ordnung ist.
