Hallo, ich biete mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in der Heidemannstraße zur Untermiete für den Zeitraum von 19.08-28.09 an. Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und Küche. Die Miete wäre 315€ im Monat (also ca. 420€ für den gesamten Zeitraum). Auszug und Einzug sind evtl. um ein paar Tage flexibel. Wenn du ein Student bist und auf der Suche nach einer kurzfristigen Bleibe bist, kannst du mir gerne eine kurze PM schreiben!
Hi, I'm subletting my room in the Studentenwerk-dorm Heidemannstraße from the 19.08 to the 28.09. The room has a private bathroom and kitchen. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend nähe Kieferngarten, und somit ist sowohl die Innenstadt als auch Garching bestens erreichbar. Bus zur U2 ist eine Minute entfernt, die U6 Kieferngarten ist ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
It's close to Kieferngarten, so both the city center and Garching are easily reachable. The bus to the U2 is just one minute away, the U6 Kieferngarten is approx. 7 mins of walk away.
