Hello All -
My apartment at Munchener Freiheit will be available to sublet from August 1 through December 31, 2019. It is a large studio (~46m2), fully furnished (bed, couch, coffee table, dining table), with a full kitchen (four burner stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher), a large closet, and on the ground floor. The bathroom is also big, with a tub/shower, and a washing machine. The apartment has direct access to the building's shared terrace. The building is very nice (modern, clean), and the location is spectacular, right in the heart of it all (2 minutes to the U3/U6, plenty of buses and a tram, plus only a few minutes to the english garden).
Including internet and electricity, monthly rent is approximately 1150€/month. It is best suited for a single person but could potentially work for a couple who share the bed.
I am a student at TU, but will living outside Munich for those five months for an internship. The available dates are a bit flexible, but only by a couple days in either direction. Please let me know if you or anyone else you know is interested!
