ich vermiete meine gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung in perfekter Lage (Grenze Schwabing/Maxvorstadt) für einen Monat zur Zwischenmiete mit anschließender Übernahmemöglichkeit.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit schönem Balkon in einen Hinterhof und ist damit sehr hell und sehr ruhig. Alles Nötige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, auch die Küche ist ausgestattet.
Ich freue mich auf eure Meldung! Bitte schreibt mir eine Nachricht über das Portal mit ein paar Infos über euch: Wer ihr seid und was ihr in München macht.

I'm subletting my beautiful apartment in the perfect location (Schwabing/Maxvorstadt, close to university) für about on month during November. It's possible to move in long term afterwards.
The flat is on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a nice view into the backyard, no street in front so it's very quiet and very light. The flat is furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need.
It's important to me to find a reliable and clean person who will take good care of my furniture and the flat.
