Es handelt sich um ein helles Apartment. Die Wohnung ist ungeeignet für Paare
Es soll jetzt zwar ziemlich heiß werden aber mit offenen Fenstern ist es eigentlich recht angenehm hier. Die vielen Grünanlagen rund herum kühlen nicht nur sondern sind auch recht angenehm. In der Wohnung stehen dir zur Verfügung:
- 1 Betten (je 90x200cm)mit einfacher Matratze
- 2 Regale (ca. 90cm, auch stapelbar zu je 180cm)
- 1 einfache Schreibtische
- 1 Küchenzeile mit Herd, Schränken, Spüle und Kühlschrank
- 1 Bad mit Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken und Spiegel

Es gibt eine Lan-Buchse über die man sich an das studentische Internet (wie auch in TU und LMU) anschließen kann.

Des weiteren gibt es in der Anlage eine Waschküche (Waschen 0,50€, Trocknen 0,30€) sowie einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher und Küche, einen Tischtennisraum und einen kühlen, stillen Lernraum im Souterrain.

Es gibt noch weitere Räume (Fitness-, Musik-, Party-, Werktstatt etc.) für die man jedoch zusätzlich zahlen muss und/oder einen anderen Schlüssel braucht.
Die Müllendsorgung ist sehr bequem. Sperrmüll kommt im Treppenhaus in den Keller, Glascontainer und Kleiderspende ist um die Ecke, Papier- und Normalmüll vor der Haustür.

- 1 kitchenette with stove, cupboards, sink and fridge
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror

There is a LAN socket through which you can connect to the student internet (as well as in TU and LMU).
There is also a laundry room (washing € 0.50, drying € 0.30) as well as a common room with TV and kitchen, a table tennis room and a cool, quiet study room in the basement.

There are other rooms (fitness, music, party, workshop etc.) for which you have to pay extra and / or another key.
Waste disposal is very convenient. Bulky waste is in the basement in the basement, glass containers and clothes are around the corner, paper and normal waste on the doorstep.
