1-room Apartment 24qm

I am looking for a new tenant for my one-room apartment, as I am moving abroad mid of August. The apartment is in a very nice private dorm (built 6 years ago) on the third floor with elevator. The dorm is equipped with a large outdoor area (barbecue and volleyball court available), which is perfect for hanging out with friends and with people from the dorm. Yet, it is never loud that you would feel disturbed by it. The apartment has its own huge roof terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful afternoon sun.
The apartment is rented fully furnished. There is a small additional fee(100 euros) for an office chair and a small dining table with two chairs. The bed has an additional mattress in the bed box so that visitors can be accommodated without any problems. I personally used the upper surface as a couch and slept on the lower bed. The built-in closet not only gives girls enough space for all their clothes, there is also room to store clothes racks, vacuum cleaners, suitcases etc. Own bathroom and kitchen are available. Both are sufficiently large and functional.
