Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und ausgestattet, liegt im 1. Stock mit einem kleinen Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof und verfügt über ein Badezimmer und eine Kochnische. Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern ist für alle Bewohner des Hauses gegen Münzbezahlung benutzbar.
I sublet my fully furnished 1-room apartment from 30th of July to the 25th of september. The flat is situated on the first floor with a small balcony going out back to the inner courtyard and is equipped with a small bathroom and a kitchenette. Wasching mashines and dryers are available to use for all tenants of the apartment complex and cost a couple coins.
Die Wohnung ist keine 200m von der Ubahnstation Giselastraße (U6 und U3) und 10 Geh(!)minuten vom Hauptgebäude der LMU entfernt gelegen. Man erreicht das Stadtzentrum (Marienplatz) mit der U-Bahn in unter 10 Minuten und ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Englischen Garten entfernt. Zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte sind ebenso in wenigen hundert Metern um die Wohnung zu finden.
The flat is right next to the subway station 'Giselastraße' (lines U3 and U6), from where you reach the city centre (Marienplatz) in under 10 minutes. You can walk to the Englischer Garten park in 5 minutes and to the university LMU in 10 minutes. Various supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other shops are found within a couple hundred meters.
Highspeed W-LAN, Strom, Wasser etc. sind in dem Preis mit inbegriffen. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt. Ich bin die Zeit in München vor Ort und kann bei Problemen, Fragen etc. helfen.
Highspeed WIFI, gas, electricity etc. is included in the price. Smoking is absolutely prohibited. I will be in town for the duration of the sublease and we can stay in contact so I can help if there should arise any problems or questions.
