da ich im Januar und Februar nicht in München bin vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Maxvorstadt / Schwabing unter. Gerne könnt Ihr auch schon Ende Dezember einziehen. Da bin ich flexibel.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie sich in einer Einbahnstraße befindet. Außerdem sind Supermärkte, Bäcker, U-Bahn Station (Giselastraße / Leopoldstraße), Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
WLan ist auch verfügbar.
Die Wohnung ist möbiliert und es ist alles da was man braucht. Bad mit Fenster und Waschmaschine, Doppelbett, Schrank, Kommode, Küche Fernseher etc.
Bei Interesse freue ich mich von euch zu hören bzw könnt Ihr euch die Wohnung natürlich gerne anschauen.
Miete 900€ monatlich.

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Viertel Maxvorstadt / Schwabing. Die Uni ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zur Ubahn sind es auch nur wenige Minuten.
Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft.
Die nächste Ubahnstation ist die Giselastraße / Leopoldstraße. Der Marienplatz und Hauptbahnhof sind nur drei Ubahnstationen entfernt.
