ich vermiete wegen meines Urlaub meinen Bungalow im Olympiazentrum von 4.3 bis 16.3 .
Ich will danach wieder dort wohnen, bzw. von da aus abfliegen, und fände es daher am besten, wenn die Schlüsselübergabe und Vertragsunterzeichnung vorher stattfindet.
D.h. wir treffen uns zb ne Woche vorher, ihr kriegt die Schlüssel und Vertrag, und anschließend z.b. am 4.3. zieht ihr ein.
Am 16.3 schmeisst ihr einfach den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten, ich habe den anderen und komme kurze Zeit später wieder.
Internet ist vorhanden. Das Bungalow ist möbliert. Bitte keine Raucher.x
Lage ist sehr gut: Mit der UBahn 10 Minuten zum Marienplatz, oder Hauptbahnhof.
Die Bungalows kann man im Internet anschauen, sie sind ja bekannt und begehrt.
Im Sommer ist die Lage nochmals besser, wegen der ganzen Möglichkeiten in diesem Gelände.
Wäsche waschen geht im Olyzentrum sehr gut (50ct) in der Wäscherei. Ansonsten sind alle relevanten Läden in der Nähe.
Parken geht und ist sogar kostenlos und (!) überdacht... Luxus in München !
