Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Schwabing vom 25.07. bis zum 14.10. Sie hat 19m², eine eigene Küche und ist voll möbliert. Gelegen zwischen Münchner Freiheit, Giselastraße und Kurfürstenplatz - also perfekte Anbindung an U-Bahn, Busse und Tram. Bad und Toilette werden mit drei sehr netten Studenten geteilt, was bisher einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Die Miete beträgt 350 Euro plus ca. 25 Euro Strom und 10 Euro fürs Internet. Ich suche vorzugsweise eine weibliche Untermieterin, die die Wohnung für den ganzen Zeitraum übernimmt. Bei Interesse schreibt mir einfach eine Mail!
