Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist daher sehr hell. Sie hat einen großen franz. Balkon - bei klarem Himmel sogar mit Alpenblick. Es gibt eine separate Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist, da ich selber sehr gerne koche. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne.
Ich würde euch Platz im Kleiderschrank machen, sonst bleibt alles wie es ist. Ihr dürft gerne Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Bügeleisen etc. benutzen. Besitze auch ein sehr altes Fahrrad, das ihr benutzen könntet, allerdings ohne Licht und wie gesagt ein etwas altes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Schwabing am Josephsplatz, direkt an der Schelling- und Augustenstr., etliche Bars, Cafés und Restaurants schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Marienplatz, Karlsplatz/Stachus und Hbf mit dem Fahrrad 5-10 min entfernt.
Netto, Lidl, Tengelmann sind um die Ecke, Getränkemarkt gegenüber!
