Das Zimmer hat perfekte Anschluesse zur Ubahn und Oeffis. Es hat ein Waschbecken im Zimmer und ein grosser Einbauschrank. Wc, Duche und Kueche wird zwar mit anderen geteilt ist aber immer sauber und direkt gegenüber. Das Zimmer hat keine sonstigen Moebel, ich habe aber selbst schon ein paar Tage auf der Luftmatraze hier übernachtet und es ist voll ok. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick auf den ruhigen Innenhof.
Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt an der Ubahn-Haltestelle, an der auch ein Supermark ist, Bäcker, Drogerie, Apotheke etc. 10 entfernt ist ein ruhiger Park. Der Marienplatz ist direkt zu erreichen ca. 10 Min. Auch die Nightline haelt 5 Min. von hier. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.
Ich suche einen unkomplizierten Untermieter/in fuer 2 Wochen. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Wohnheim und ist ohne Möbel. Wenn man möchte laesst sich noch eine Matraze organisieren. Bitte schriebt ein Mail oder Whatsapp, dann koennen wir alles ausmachen!
